A Ph.D. student of School of Library and Information Science (SLIS), Central University of Gujarat , Ms. Pallavi , has taken a unique initiative of bringing together all Library and Information Science available online through MHRD portals and other agencies like UGC and INFLIBNET under one platform . In addition, she has also mapped the content available online to the UGC-NET examination along with the syllabus that is currently operative in the School. This is the first such initiative undertaken across the country by the Central University of Gujarat. In these current times, when MHRD is advocating the online learning and the use of e-content by students, this research work of Ms Pallavi shows the immense utility of such initiatives. Ms Pallavi currently is doing her Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr Bhakti Gala. The researcher has aggregated and mapped more than 500+ e-content created by MHRD initiatives such as ePGP and Swayam Prabha. This textual and audio visual content is currently scattered across different platforms and channels. This initiative brings it all together on one platform.
