University Website: http://www.cug.ac.in

Academic Background: Rajesh did his doctoral studies at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. After completing his postdoctoral training at the Center of Nanomedicine and Tissue engineering, University of Milan Bicocca, he joined the faculty of SLS, CUG in Nov 2013.

Areas of Interest/Specialization: The biomaterials and biomimetics laboratory is interested in developing different biomaterials based scaffolds that mimic the physical, chemical and biological characteristics of in vivo systems. We are interested in surface engineering of nano-biomaterials and investigation of structure-property-function relationships of these materials. The applications of these materials include tissue regeneration, stem cell fate regulation, and drug delivery.
