Dr. Hasmukh Adhia, a former officer of Indian Administrative Service, retired on 30th November 2018 as Union Finance Secretary & Revenue Secretary in Government of India. Apart from being Hon’ble Chancellor of Central University of Gujarat, Dr. Adhia is non-executive Chairman of Bank of Baroda and a member of Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Dr. Hasmukh Adhia has got a basic Post-Graduate degree in Accountancy. He is a Gold medalist from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and holds a Ph.D. in Yoga from Swami Vivekanand Yoga University, Bangalore.

Prof. Rama Shanker Dubey is the Vice Chancellor of Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar. Prior to it, he served as Vice Chancellor in Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, Bihar (2014-2017) and also as Vice-Chancellor in Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh (2008-2009). He has served as Professor of Biochemistry at Banaras Hindu University for over 20 years.

He has served as a journalist and media consultant for some national dailies and has provided editorial consulting services. Dr. Sharma has received numerous awards, including the Rang Rajasthan Award and the Jury Member Award during the Swachhata Sarvekshan Abhiyan in Jaipur. He holds a Ph.D. in the "Role of Leading Print Media Houses of Rajasthan in Creating Awareness on Social Issues."
