Hostel Admission Process

Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be a registered student of Central University of Gujarat
  • Should have cleared the admission process for the respective program
  • Must submit all required documents
  • Payment of hostel fees as per university norms
Application Process
Step 1: Application Submission
  • Fill the hostel application form
  • Submit required documents
  • Pay application fee
Step 2: Allotment
  • Wait for allotment notification
  • Confirm accommodation within deadline
  • Pay hostel fees
Required Documents
  • Completed hostel application form
  • Copy of admission letter
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Character certificate from previous institution
  • Passport size photographs
  • ID proof (Aadhar card/Passport/Driving license)
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Income certificate (if applicable)

Hostel Rules & Regulations

General Rules
  • Maintain discipline and cleanliness
  • Respect fellow students and staff
  • Follow the prescribed timings
  • No smoking or alcohol allowed
  • No unauthorized guests
  • Damage to property will be charged
Timings
  • Mess timings: 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM
  • Study hours: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Entry gate closes: 10:00 PM
  • Lights out: 11:00 PM
  • Wake up call: 6:00 AM
